Welcome to BlueTrain, to use the BlueTrain platform you require the BlueTrain plug-in software. This only has to be done once. Please note all existing Webtrain users (hosts and participants) must download the new BlueTrain plug-in, the download will automatically remove previous versions of the software. Again, this only has to be done once. MAC Users click here. Four Easy Steps and You Are Ready To Go!
Step 1: If you are on a secure network, running high security virus programs, behind a firewall, or if your Internet browser settings are too high your download may be prevented by these settings. This is common to all software downloads. If the download does not complete properly, we suggest you temporarily disable any antivirus software or firewalls and reset your browser security settings to default. If you are within a secure network that needs permission from your administrator to access the Internet, please contact your IT department for assistance on accessing the Internet for this download. If you are not sure please watch our video tutorial on downloading the software. Step 2: Click on this BlueTrain Plug-in setup link. Step 3: The following is a screenshot of the next step.
