And although WebTrain provides a complete enrollment solution, you can choose to use your own enrollment and payment system and effortlessly add students to our enrollment module as required.
Payment processing is also included. All major credit cards are accepted, as well as PayPal dollars. And funds can be directly deposited into your bank account. The e-commerce transactions are real time, all you need is a PayPal vendor account (free). There are no monthly fees and no extra charges for this feature. Of course, you don't need to use our payment system, you can use your own manual payment method instead.
Our enrollment system also provides notices of new enrollments to the registrar and the professor, and enrollment management can be limited to the course registrar or additionally granted to the professor. And since students do not need to setup an account, when they join the live class, they simply provide their enrollment ID to verify themselves. We've made the entire process smooth, easy and intuitive.
Our solution also includes functions to blast out notices to all enrolled students, invite and remind students about new or upcoming classes, even changing the date or time a class is accomplished with just a few clicks of a mouse.
