Why does the software not install?
The software may not install if you are on a secure network, running high security virus programs, behind a firewall, or if your Internet browser settings are too high. This is common to all software downloads.
Temporarily disable antivirus software or firewalls and reset your browser settings to default. If you are within a secure network that needs permission from your administrator to access the Internet, please contact your IT department for assistance. Now try and download the software again and complete the Meeting Readiness Guide. There is also a detailed video tutorial available to assist with this problem if it arises.
