The following features can all be accessed inside the meeting room under the Options menu
- Have meetings or presentations with hundreds of people.
- Co-Host promotion and demotion allows you to have multiple dynamic hosts in a meeting room.
- Enrollable meetings do not require people to create member accounts or logon on, validation is
- performed using an automated Enrollment ID.
- Presenters can join enrollable meetings without the hassle of enrolling. A variable audio buffer on the client allows you to adapt to current Internet conditions.
- Paste images or screenshots directly onto the White-Board.
- Organize your images into a specific order before showing them to your participants.
- Save the contents of the White-Board as an image on your computer.
- Save the group text chat for later reference.
- Remove unruly participants from your meeting. Once removed, they cannot rejoin.
- Distribute virus scanned files to participants in your meeting.
- Receive an indication of when participants have received your slides.
- Host private one-on-one sessions by setting a password on your meeting.
- Auto resolution scaling is available for when you are sharing your desktop or an application and it does not fit on your White-Board.
- A language filter is always in place, making sure everyone stays professional and keeping the room safe for younger students.
- Image panning is available to look at large images on the White-Board.
