Help for Windows 7 and Vista Non Admin Users
In Windows 7 and Windows Vista you can be an Admin or Non Admin user, if you are a Non Admin user you will need to download an additional plug-in for BlueTrain to work for Non Admin users. If you experienced any problems with the installation please follow the following steps in order to correct the problem.
Step 1:
If you have not already done so, download the BlueTrain Plugin (Click RUN each time prompted)
Step 2:
Download the BlueTrain Non Admin Plugin (Click RUN when prompted)
Step 3:
Try to Join a Meeting
Step 4:
If you are still unable to join a meeting, restart your computer (please make sure to save all your work first) and repeat Steps 1 and 2. The software will then be installed.
